Morning movement with the Jungfrau in view. Afternoons in the spa or out in the snow. And somewhere in between, everything that's been loud in your head just... quiets down.
Movement, stillness, and alpine air.
Crisp mountain air meets soulful reset.
We're staying at a five-star hideaway above the car-free village of Wengen, with the Jungfrau filling every window. The vibe is elevated but easy - Alpine minimalism, huge windows, and nowhere you need to be.
You'll wake to snow-capped peaks and energising movement, then drift into long breakfasts, spa time, or the slopes. Evenings are made for slow stretches, Alpine cuisine, and conversations that go on longer than planned.
Expect cold air on your skin, clarity in your mind, and that soft, grounded feeling that only comes from actually switching off.
This place makes it very easy to soften...
Spread across two historic buildings, the hotel pairs Art Nouveau bones with a quiet, modern renovation. Spruce floors, natural lime walls, thick woollen textiles. Every room looks out onto nature — garden, forest, or mountain, depending where you land,
Morning movement happens in a cosy yoga yurt, views included. And the rooms are the kind you don't want to leave: warm light, soft textiles, and a bed made for lingering.
Mornings start with movement that wakes you up, not wears you out.
Afternoons are yours. Hit the slopes, wander the village, book a spa treatment, or do absolutely nothing by the fire.
Evenings are about winding down. Mindful flows, stretch sessions, and cosy dinner shared together

Wengen is car-free and reached only by cogwheel train, which makes it feel like its own quiet world. Ski the legendary Lauberhorn slopes, ride the Jungfraujoch to Europe's highest railway station, snowshoe through the forest, or just wander the village until you find a café worth stopping at.
Fly into Zürich or Bern, then take the train to Lauterbrunnen. Wengen is car-free and reached only by the Wengernalp cogwheel railway; the last stretch of the journey is part of the experience.

You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers.
Nope! All movement is beginner-friendly and optional. You won't be judged, corrected or expected to twist into anything uncomfortable (physically or emotionally!)
Not at all. Skiing is optional and entirely up to you - plenty of guests spend their free time in the spa, wandering the village, or curled up with a book instead.
Absolutely. Many of our guests come on their own and leave with new friendships. We make it feel safe, supported and easy to connect.
If you're used to spending your time off doing everything for everyone else, this might feel indulgent. But we see it as essential. These retreats are curated to give you real rest and we offer flexible payment plans to make it more accessible.
